This program will provide an overview of the fundamentals of property insurance. The program will begin with an explanation of the fundamental principles of property insurance including the historical background, the different types of insuring agreements and the types of coverage provided. The program explores the concept of fortuity and the purpose of the requirement as well as detail the nature and changes of the Direct Physical Loss requirement.
