This course will focus on the importance of seeking, and preserving, all video footage surrounding the scene of the accident. Today’s on-scene officers are routinely equipped with body camera footage. Body camera footage, outlined by Florida Statute 943.1718, can be the first and only window to the Plaintiff pre-suit.
