Experts in Bad Faith Cases: Utility and Value
Past FDLA President and experienced Insurance and Bad Faith Expert Douglas McIntosh will discuss the retention and prudent use of the expert witness in bad faith litigation. Drawing on his own experiences testifying before juries in state and federal courts, he will highlight best practices when counsel and a client are faced with defending a bad faith lawsuit. He will also address Florida 2023 tort reform in the bad faith arena.
