In our increasingly technology-driven society, jurors are constantly bombarded with information, and are accustomed to receiving that information visually. Thanks to what’s known as “The CSI Effect,” they expect to be entertained even in the courtroom. It can take hours of expert testimony to clearly explain the details of the case, or, one 30-second animation.
